A2 Stafete (15-09-2012)

Last relay in Latvian Relay cup. In team Auseklis I with Zigmars Gailis and Mikus Purins.
I started as 4th, just 10 seconds after leader trio.
However, I could not follow Anatolijs Tarasovs from Ozons but passed two other rivals. Terrain was simple and I had no chance catching the leader and didn't give one also for followers. I made small mistakes as there was no pressure as my thoughts wondered, but physically only 2/3 of me from last weekend was here.
We finished second in this race and in Latvian Relay cup overall rankings.
